Thank you for your purchase!
Now that you have bought your futures, what happens?
- Your exclusive benefits are processed and sent to you; expect to get the items in about 6-8 weeks. We will contact you with the available options, such as what name you would like printed on your certificate and what size shirt you would like.
- You will be signed up for the Owners Only newsletter so you are on the inside of the process. You will be kept abreast of where your barrel is in the filing and aging process. Once we have the cask cam operational in early 2011, we’ll show you where your cask is and how to send it an email. Essentially, we will keep you up to date on what is going on with your futures.
- Your next payment is due when the bottles are filled, but you are welcome to make installment payments anytime. We have specials on early payment but the actual final payment is made once the bottling is done and we know exactly what is owed in taxes.
- When you paid, you verified you were of legal drinking age. When you pick up your bottles, we will need to verify that as well. This can be done through a legal distributor or if you come to the distillery to pick up your bottles.
- Finally, if you have a moment to fill out a questionnaire, that would be a big help. We love making (and for that matter, drinking) spirits. And we know you are a big fan or you would not be here. So, help us learn more about why you made your purchase. It will help us do a better job in the future.
