Cherry Blossom Tini (adapted from Allen Katz)
Ingredients:
2 & 1/4 parts Sake, preferrably Momokawa Diamond Junmai Ginjo brand
3/4 part Cointreau
3/4 part organic cranberry juice
1/4 part juice of fresh squeezed organic lime
2 dashes orange bitters
Directions:
Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake well & strain into chilled cocktail glass. Enjoy!
