Vodka

Ultra smooth with a hint of sweetness, our double-distilled vodka is made from Braeside Farms estate potatoes. Which is sort of funny to say because most of us don’t think of potatoes as grown on an estate. Our vodka combines just the right potato varieties with a little bit of organic barley. Most premium vodka is made from rye or wheat.

The low cost of these ingredients allows mass production of a smooth vodka. However, enzymes for these vodkas are usually derived from a lab. We like real enzymes and use the naturally occurring enzymes in organic barley. These are the same enzymes found in the organic barley for our whiskey. It costs more, takes more time, and is more work but that is why it’s so good!
